Shipping policy
All orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Australian Shipping Rates
Due to the oversized nature of the tubs and the high freight charges we incur from our Melbourne warehouse:
- All orders for product SLURRYTUB® Portable Filter System Kit (Tub & 1x Filter 6 Pack) will incur a freight charge of *AUD40.00.
- All orders for product SLURRY UP™ Washout Treatment only will incur a freight charge of *AUD15.00.

All other orders to metropolitan Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney postcodes will incur a freight charge of *AUD20.00 (as per Australia Post classifications).
- All other postcodes will incur a freight charge of *AUD40.00 which will be applied to your order and displayed at the checkout.
Deliveries via our Couriers are made from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Sorry, our Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Couriers may contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
In-store pickup*
Customers in Perth, Darwin, Tasmania and all regional Australian postcodes can avoid the shipping costs by visiting (or click and collect) their local Mitre 10 hardware store or Total Tools store for their SLURRYTUB® order requirements.
International Shipping
If you are located overseas, SLURRYTUB® are now shipping locally from New Zealand (via Canzac Ltd), the UK & Canada/USA. Please place your orders for the UK at www.btengpl.co.uk, Canada at www.slurrytub.ca and the USA at www.slurrytubusa.com
For all other countries please email us at info@slurrytub.com. International shipping, will attract a additional cost & will be calculated and applied at the checkout if available. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@slurrytub.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. The shipping costs for the return will be the customer's responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@slurrytub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
